What You’ll Do:

  • Become an expert in product functionality and customer use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, etc.) to handle escalations.
  • Meet productivity and quality KPIs, while identifying areas for operational improvement.
  • Escalate risks to leadership, offering subject matter expertise for solutions.
  • Execute and evaluate processes, suggesting improvements for maximum efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and re-engineering of policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of KYC/KYB compliance within the fintech or travel sector
  • Critical thinker, thinking outside of the box and pushing for resolutions
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proven ability to meet targets in a high growth and high demand setting.
  • Process driven, with a knack for automation and improvement.
  • Able to embrace change with flexibility and agility in a continually changing environment
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in process launch and maturity.
  • Ownership mindset with problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Prior Salesforce experience a plus
