- This is not your mother’s internship. The Special Projects team is for both who want to live in the unknown, venture into the uncharted, and live to tell the tale.
Blaze is a YC-backed AI startup building for immigrants and global workers — people navigating two languages, two cultures, two identities every day. And we’re building the creator playbook to reach them.
**What this role is:**
You’ll use AI tools to produce social media content that goes viral. You’re turning tokens into distribution. You’ll help us figure out what works, run experiments, and build repeatable systems around what does.
The work will be dynamic. Some weeks you’re producing content. Some weeks you’re running an outreach campaign. Some weeks you’re doing something neither of us has thought of yet. If you need a structured, predictable internship, this isn’t it.
**You are:**
* Genuinely creative — you have taste and opinions about what makes content work, and you can articulate them
* Technically competent — you know how to code, even if you’re not a out and out developer persay. You’re playing around with the latest AI tools, you know what claude code, higgsfield, and suno are. And if you don’t yet, you’re spending an hour after reading this job post playing around before applying. You’re hungry to master the art of AI generated content with all the bleeding edge models at your disposal
* A content native — you spend real time on TikTok and Instagram Reels, not just as a consumer but as someone who studies what lands
* A self-starter — you don’t wait to be told what to do next
* Drawn to the immigrant/multicultural experience, either personally or through genuine curiosity
**You are NOT:**
* A pure engineer who wants to build product features
* Someone who needs a clear job description to operate
This is an unpaid internship. The best performing interns will be offered a full time role. You will be in direct contact with the CEO and we will work with you so your work ships.
