Job Description

About Loop

Loop is on a mission to unlock profits trapped in the supply chain and lower costs for consumers. Bad data and inefficient workflows create friction that limits working capital and raises costs for every supply chain stakeholder.

Loop’s modern audit and pay platform uses our domain-driven AI to harness the complexity of supply chain data and documentation. We improve transportation spend visibility so companies can control their costs and power profit. That is why industry leaders like J.P. Morgan Chase, Verizon, Dell, Tyson Foods, and Estee Lauder work with Loop.

Our investors include J.P. Morgan, Index Ventures, Founders Fund, 8VC, Flexport, and 50 industry-leading angel investors. Our team brings subject matter expertise from companies like Uber, Google, Flexport, Meta, Samsara, Intuit, Rakuten, and long-standing industry leaders like C.H. Robinson.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics and product, driving Loop’s most important growth initiatives. You’ll work across the organization to translate operational insight into product action, unlock efficiency, and build scalable, revenue-generating systems.

The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-oriented, and entrepreneurial — someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves seamlessly between the 10,000-foot view and the details, and is motivated by creating tangible business impact. Success in this role will directly translate to equity value creation and earnings growth for Loop as we scale the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategy and execution for high-impact growth initiatives, including opportunity sizing, stakeholder prioritization, and building clear, data-backed business cases.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Finance and Go-To-Market teams to drive alignment, remove blockers, and accelerate execution.
  • Shape and manage critical program roadmaps — define requirements, sequence workstreams, identify risks early, and ensure cross-team coordination from concept through delivery.
  • Partner with Strategic Finance to evaluate optimization opportunities, model P&Ls, and size potential ROI.
  • Act as the voice of internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations and translating operational needs into product or process requirements.
  • Maximize growth and retention across key customer portfolios by ensuring that projects deliver measurable business impact.
  • Focus on execution excellence, long-term value creation, and driving operational initiatives that directly translate into equity value and earnings growth.
  • Work closely with the leadership team and Board of Directors on top-priority corporate strategy initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • You have a quantitative or analytical background — ideally in finance, data science, engineering, economics, or a related field — and connect data to business outcomes.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, principal investing, product strategy, analytics, or a high-growth startup where you’ve delivered measurable results.
  • You’re fluent in Excel / Sheets, can get comfortable querying with SQL, and can prototype analyses or solutions in Python.
  • You thrive at the intersection of data, operations, and product, balancing strategic thinking with a bias for execution.
  • You’re energized by high-leverage, ambiguous problems — from replatforming workflows to monetizing new payment and financial products.
  • You’re a cross-functional collaborator who can influence product roadmaps, partner with engineers and operators, and communicate crisply with executives.
  • You take ownership and think like an owner — curious, data-driven, and motivated by driving impact that creates meaningful enterprise value.
  • You’re excited to be an early, high-trust member of a fast-growing company shaping new lines of business from 0→1.
  • This is an in-person role with the expectation to be in one of Loop's offices several days a week.

Benefits & Perks

  • This role is eligible for Loop’s health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, and other company-sponsored benefits
