**Core Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain a scalable, secure ticketing system for incident and workflow management
* Build robust API integrations between internal systems and third-party services
* Ensure the system is performant, reliable, and meets stringent security and compliance standards
**What You Bring**
* U.S. Citizenship Required
* Proven experience developing full-stack applications, ideally in high-security or regulated environments
* Expertise building and deploying web applications, from frontend UX to backend database design
* Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular, [Vue.js](http://vue.js/), TypeScript)
* Solid experience designing and maintaining relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
* Familiarity with authentication and authorization tools (e.g., Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, Azure AD)
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
