Our innovative approach requires overcoming significant technical challenges, making this an exciting and dynamic environment for experienced engineers and manufacturing professionals.

Position Overview

Allen Control Systems is seeking a hands-on Shop Technician to support daily shop operations, including retaping threaded holes, performing light fabrication work, building shipping crates, and assisting with general shop tasks. • Assist with light fabrication and general shop support tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow work instructions, shop procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Support shipping and receiving activities as needed

What You'll Need

  • Prior experience in a machine shop, manufacturing, or fabrication environment preferred
  • Basic understanding of mechanical components and threaded fasteners
  • Ability to read basic work instructions and use measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
