As a GenAI Software Engineer at Icertis, you will be instrumental in developing innovative AI-driven solutions that power our contract intelligence platform. You will work hands-on to build and refine POCs and demos, ensuring rapid prototyping and iteration. What you will do:
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to design and develop GenAI solutions that serve as the foundation for our products.Develop and implement key components within the AI stack, focusing on robustness, scalability, and performance.Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, contributing to strategic decisions that enhance our product offerings.Work in a dynamic team environment, sharing knowledge and fostering innovation through collaboration.
What you will bring
Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, ideally within dynamic startup environmentsProgramming experience with Python for at least 4 years required, desirable to have experience with C#, ASP, SQL or JavaScript Experience working with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS or GCPFamiliarity with Large-language models, and creating solutions leveraging LLMs and other Generative AI techniques in a SaaS environmentAbility to quickly create Proof-of-Concept code and engage with multiple stake holders to drive the PoC productizationA customer-centric approach and a relentless drive for excellence, aligned with our foundational values.Technical proficiency in AI/ML technologies, including Traditional ML models, NLPA degree in computer science or a related field, with a preference for advanced qualificationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of inspiring and engaging othersSelf-motivation, integrity, and a track record of delivering impactful results with a high degree of autonomyAgility and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed work environmentsWillingness to travel domestically as required for the role.
