Technical Design Management: Lead the technical design process for women's bottoms, including pants, shorts, and denim. Ensure all designs meet the brand’s standards for fit, construction, and functionality.

Fit and Construction: Develop and maintain technical packages, including specifications, construction details, and measurement charts. Oversee fittings, make pattern corrections, and ensure the fit is consistent with the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.
