How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
MarqVision is growing rapidly, trusted by global brands and achieving strong year-over-year market expansion. As we continue scaling, we are looking for a Sr Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead and accelerate hiring across key business functions such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other G&A teams. At MarqVision, as a part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, Talent Acquisition goes beyond filling roles; we partner closely with hiring managers to ensure we bring in the right people at the right time. In this role, you will act as a trusted talent partner, owning end-to-end hiring processes and helping teams attract high-quality business talent while maintaining a strong hiring bar. You will play a meaningful role in strengthening our organizational capability by consistently delivering strong candidates and creating a smooth, structured hiring experience
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and G&A to translate business needs into role requirements, hiring plans, and realistic timelines
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through signed offer, including offer construction, comp conversations within approved bands, counteroffer navigation, and close strategy
- Build structured interview plans, competency-based scorecards, and screening criteria
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles, sourcing directly rather than relying on inbound or agency flow
- Run weekly pipeline reviews with hiring managers and leadership, forecasting time-to-fill and proactively surfacing capacity or pipeline risk early enough to act on
- Use funnel data to diagnose bottlenecks: pass-through rates, stage conversion, source effectiveness, and adjust approach accordingly
- Maintain data integrity in the ATS and handle candidate data in line with our privacy obligations across regions
- Partner with colleagues across the US, EMEA, and APAC, coordinating hiring processes and interview loops across time zones
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate-facing content that helps us compete for talent in tight markets
- Improve how we hire, leveraging ATS capabilities, AI, and automation to remove manual work
Skills You Bring
- 6+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech environment
- Proven ability to operate without a fully built process; you've worked somewhere the playbook was still being written, and you improved it rather than waiting for it
- Strong stakeholder management, including the ability to influence senior hiring managers, set expectations early, and hold the line when timelines or requirements aren't realistic
- Strong direct sourcing capability; you build pipelines proactively instead of relying on inbound or agency flow
- Fluency with recruiting data: you can explain your funnel and conversion metrics and change your approach based on what it tells you
- Demonstrated closing ability across motivation and compensation conversations, counteroffers, and competing processes
- Real curiosity about AI and automation in recruiting, with a bias toward testing tools rather than waiting for them to be proven
