We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gen AI Prompt Engineer to join our AI/ML Implementation team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in developing and fine-tuning AI models, specifically focusing on prompt engineering for generative AI applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical expertise, are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and optimize AI prompts for various generative AI applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.Analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive AI model outcome improvements.Document Applied AI model value processes and create value delivered reports.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and implement best practices.Conduct performance evaluations and refine AI models to meet business requirements.Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.2-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on prompt engineering for generative AI.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role within the AI/ML industry.Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Certification in AI/ML or related fields.
