Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Job description

Rain is the world's first AI Financial Health Platform, serving 3.5 million employees at leading organizations like McDonald's, Marriott, and T-Mobile. Rain works in the background to optimize every employee's financial life to prevent shortfalls and build long-term stability. Backed by top investors including QED and Prosus, Rain has raised $150M in venture funding to fuel our next stage of hyper growth.

We're looking for a sharp, process-obsessed Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to sit at the center of Rain's go-to-market engine. This isn't a "run the reports" job — you'll be a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, with real ownership over the systems, data, and processes that drive revenue.

You'll have broad scope: from designing and administering GTM compensation plans to leveraging AI tools to automate the mundane and give our GTM teams leverage. If you're someone who gets excited by building things that didn't exist before, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to see their fingerprints on how a high-growth fintech scales, this role was written for you.

What You'll Do

  • GTM Compensation — Design, model, and administer GTM comp plans (quota-setting, accelerators) and own end-to-end comp calculations with accuracy and a clean audit trail

  • Revenue Intelligence — Build and maintain dashboards and analyses that give leadership a real-time view of pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue trends

  • HubSpot Ownership — Own the HubSpot instance end-to-end: architecture, data hygiene, integrations, workflows, and user enablement across the GTM stack

  • System Admin — Support the administration of all GTM systems

  • AI-Powered Automation — Identify manual RevOps & GTM workflows and lead efforts to automate or augment them using AI tools, increasing GTM team output

  • Process Optimization — Continuously improve sales processes and partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS, and other departments to align goals and remove friction

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment

  • Hands-on experience with GTM compensation design and calculations — you understand how comp drives behavior and you sweat the accuracy

  • HubSpot admin-level proficiency, with experience integrating it across the GTM stack

  • Strong analytical skills — Excel/Sheets fluency required; SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus

  • Actively using AI tools to improve workflows and genuinely curious about what's next

  • Detail-oriented, clear communicator, and comfortable adapting fast in an ambiguous environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Who We Are

Rain is filled with people who are deeply passionate about our mission, embrace diversity across our global team, and invest in growing personally and professionally. We own what we do, let data guide our decisions, and move fast while staying rigorous. We're building something important — and we want people who feel that too.

Compensation

$105,000 – $120,000 Base | $115,000 – $130,000 OTE . Note: this is a range and we consider a variety of factors when determining total compensation, including experience, skills, and market data.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Commitments

As part of our dedication to the diversity of our workforce, Rain is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, ethnicity, gender, sex (including pregnancy), protected veteran status, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or any unlawful criterion existing under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
