About Outreach
Outreach, founded in 2014, is the only complete agentic AI platform for revenue teams. Outreach infuses agentic AI, conversation intelligence, and assistive AI to power hundreds of use cases across revenue motions. From new logo prospecting to expansions, deal acceleration, driving retention, and forecasting, Outreach AI automates workflows and frees sellers to focus on more strategic conversations and actions. Revenue leaders benefit from connected account visibility, performance insights, and higher forecasting accuracy across every GTM team. World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few.

About the Team

Join the growing Product Marketing team as we expand the Outreach product portfolio to dominate global markets in the Revenue Orchestration space, spanning customers from scrappy startups to some of the largest global enterprise companies in the world. We are a team that sits at the intersection of PDESS (Product, Design, Engineering, Support & Success) and the GTM engine: Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and Enablement. We are obsessed with collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. We wake up each day ready to do our best work and remain ever curious about how to improve, evolve, innovate, and grow. Above all, we have each other's backs.

The Role

Outreach is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to bring complex, high-impact governance, security, interoperability, and integration capabilities to market.

You will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for monthly releases and quarterly product launches, building competitive advantage, revenue growth, and product adoption. You will translate innovative offerings into marketable, sellable solutions that deliver unmatched customer experiences and can scale across the globe.

You will work in partnership with the broader Product Marketing team to deliver Enterprise-focused customer value, adoption, retention, and growth.

At Outreach, AI is part of how we build our product and how we work. In this role, you will bring that mindset to product marketing, using AI to \synthesize customer and market insights and draft and refine launch messaging and enablement content, while applying your own judgment to keep everything accurate, differentiated, and on brand. You will also help us explain the AI capabilities of the Outreach platform clearly to customers, partners, and our go-to-market teams.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include
  • Launch Leadership: Independently lead monthly releases and quarterly go-to-market launches for Platform Services offerings, including complex, high-stakes releases, from strategy through execution. Build a strategic GTM plan for each release in close collaboration with Product Management, Partners, Marketing, Enablement, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, and Post-Sales teams.

  • Product & Customer Expertise: Build deep expertise in the Outreach AI Revenue Platform and its best practices to become a trusted product and customer subject matter expert.

  • Partnerships: Collaborate with the Partner team to identify strategic partner integration and co-marketing opportunities.

  • Competitive Positioning & Messaging: Analyze the competitive landscape and develop value propositions, positioning, and messaging that clearly articulate Outreach's differentiators and gaps across Platform features and integrations.

  • Content & Enablement: Deliver a launch content package for each release that equips Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer teams to take the offering to market. Collaborate with Marketing on event content, product videos, demos, training materials, case studies, campaigns, and public and analyst relations to increase product awareness.

  • Customer & Market Insight: Share customer feedback with Product and leadership to inform roadmap priorities and recommendations.

  • Our Vision of You
  • 6+ years of enterprise platform software experience focused on a highly technical product area that includes governance, interoperability, security, and integration.

  • Expertise in defining and executing go-to-market strategies and in the core craft of product marketing, including messaging and positioning, market enablement for GTM teams, customer and event presentations, product launches, and event content.

  • Curiosity about AI and a record of learning and adapting quickly, including experimenting with AI tools to improve how you research, create, and launch, and sharing what works with your team.

  • Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders, including without direct authority, and to bring a data-informed perspective to decision-making.

  • Ability to tell clear, compelling, value-based stories that communicate complex information persuasively and with empathy to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to see the big picture and dig into the details, bringing clarity to complexity and turning plans into action.

  • Comfort moving quickly and adapting to change, with the curiosity to ask questions and challenge the status quo, and a focus on outcomes for the business, the team, and the customer.
