We embrace AI to increase our productivity and be at the forefront of technological changes.🚀 The Product Marketing Team 🚀Being a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at Alan means joining a cross-functional team and being at the heart of the company's growth.You'll be at the crossroads of the Product & Sales / Key Account Managers teams to make sure we tell our strategic narrative and highlight our differentiation to our prospects and customers.⭐️ Your Mission ⭐️Your role as Senior PMM will be to work at the cross road of Product and Business teams on:1. Defining and executing the go-to-market of our products and services:- Define the positioning- Craft the B2B pitch and B2C story (in French)- Train Sales / Key Account Management / Customer Success teams- Build marketing assets and campaigns to launch products or services- Define strategies to drive adoption by our member or customer base2. Being the voice of the prospect/customer: organise and funnel back the feedback from the field to influence the product roadmap and iterate on the pitchYou will be joining a versatile team of marketers. As Senior PMM, you will have the opportunity to shape the way we work, challenge our org and mentor other marketers.⭐️ Is it you we are looking for ? ⭐️You will be a good fit for the role if you have:- Talent in storytelling and copywriting. Fluency in French and cultural context is a must.- Experience in defining, positioning and launching products or services- Appetite for both strategic thinking and hands-on work (e.g. content creation)- Background in a B2B2E (Employees) or B2B environmentWhat are the personality traits that enable someone to be successful in this role?- You thrive in fast-paced environments- You are methodical and make decision based on data- You are able to rally stakeholders from diverse teams and seniority levels around a common goal- You don’t let your ego get in the way of great workEverything else is a plus.
