About the team
The Rich Media group aims to create a real estate buying and renting experience where every mover can get a deep sense of a home online and reimagine it as their own. We are inventing technologies that allow people to feel like they’re already there - all from their phone or desktop. Using cutting-edge computer vision and AI science, we work across disciplines to build products like 360 tours, floor plans, aerial overviews, and new experiences not even imagined yet! Combined, we are creating the next chapter of home shopping experiences.About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, Rich Media Platform you will own the products and workflows that power how home media gets captured, managed, and quality-reviewed before it ever reaches a home shopper.
Your product surface spans applications used by media companies, brokerages, and internal operators every day. This includes mobile apps for field photographers to scan homes; media management tools that give business partners visibility and control over their jobs, assets, and accounts; and integrations with third-party platforms those partners use to run their businesses. You will also grow and scale internal systems that manage AI human-in-the-loop pipelines and operations: a workflow system that routes media through production and processing, and an annotation and quality-review tool used by trained internal operators. This is a product role for someone who wants to own the engine that makes AI-scale media possible - balancing partner experience, efficiency, throughput, and cost.
Combined with our teams’ AI science innovations, your products will come to life for hundreds of millions of shoppers through online experiences like schematic floor plans and immersive 3D models. At the same time, you will empower thousands of B2B partners with the tools needed to grow their real estate marketing businesses.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll add your curiosity and drive to a team that values invention, speed, impact, and scale.
You Will Get To:
Own the roadmap for the tools and workflows that turn raw home capture into compelling, market-ready media
Create mobile home capture experiences for the field that balance speed, ease of use, and capture quality
Evolve our media management tools so that photography and media businesses can manage their work with less friction
Expand internal workflow-orchestration and quality-review tooling that keeps media moving smoothly through production and AI human-in-the-loop QA at scale
Partner with science-based teams to translate their model and data needs into practical annotation, review, and operator tooling
Define and use metrics for throughput, quality, and partner/operator experience to guide roadmap decisions
Collaborate with marketing, operations, support, and sales leaders to ensure tools and workflows scale smoothly
