Job description
Redox is on a mission to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with useful data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.

Opportunity & Impact

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a key leader in reducing friction in healthcare integration and accelerating data utility for critical markets. This is a highly visible, commercially-focused role responsible for defining and driving the product strategy for our connectivity network & how data is accessed, normalized, enriched, orchestrated, and exchanged across multiple customer segments, including: Providers, Payers, EHRs, Digital Health Vendors, and Life Sciences. The job is not just building the right capabilities. It is making sure customers understand why they need them, prospects can see themselves using them, and Sales has the proof points and positioning to close on them.

You will work as closely with Sales, CS, and Solutions as you do with Engineering. You are an interoperability domain expert not just understanding the technical work that goes into integrations but is comfortable talking about the use cases our solutions address. You should understand pricing frameworks, revenue share and re-seller agreements, and be comfortable navigating commercially ambiguous frontiers where the playbook does not yet exist. The ideal candidate is someone who brings tenacity and enthusiasm to driving new solutions forward and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • 50% Go-to-Market (GTM) Solutions
  • Spearhead product positioning & core messaging that resonates with target buyers and customer segments.

  • Partner with Sales on active pipeline: join strategic deals to explain Redox’s solutions uniquely meet their needs

  • Define the business case for new partnership integrations (enrichment partners, network on-ramps, clearinghouses): commercial model, revenue share structure, and adoption path.

  • Own pricing and packaging strategy for new connectivity and data-enrichment capabilities, informed by market positioning and customer willingness to pay.
  • Partner with Marketing on launch strategies, including content development (white papers, case studies, blogs), and release plans.

  • Build and maintain field enablement materials: battle cards, capability one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and demo narratives for the interop engine product area — updated as the product and competitive landscape evolve.

  • Maintain ongoing competitive intelligence on the interoperability landscape to inform positioning, battle cards, and product strategy.

  • 40% Product Management & Strategy
  • Accountable for the full lifecycle of new connectivity & data enrichment — strategy, discovery, prioritization, requirements, launch readiness, adoption, and commercial narrative

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Solution Engineering to align commercial intent with technical feasibility, development plans, and user experience

  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using data analytics and user feedback to inform product strategy and measure adoption/success.

  • 10% Regulatory Impact Analysis
  • Track the regulatory landscape (TEFCA, CMS rulemaking, 21st Century Cures, FHIR R4/R5) and translate compliance deadlines into product investments

  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS software company, ideally in the Healthcare technology space.

  • Demonstrated success in bringing B2B SaaS products to market, including owning market segmentation, GTM strategy, and supporting pipeline generation.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS business models, and complex B2B sales cycles.

  • Strong knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources.

  • Significant Product Management experience in healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, or a closely adjacent healthcare data domain.
  • Technical aptitude with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills to articulate complex issues clearly and drive progress in ambiguous or uncertain situations.

  • Demonstrated ownership of a specific pricing, revenue-share, or partnership commercial decision, not just delivery or support of one.
  • Balances day-to-day execution with strategic, long-term thinking, anticipating future possibilities and impacts on the business.

  • Builds consensus and gains commitment by providing sound rationale for recommendations that effectively address stakeholder needs and concerns, including C-Suite.

  • Uplevels how we work with a focus and interest in contributing to a strong product management culture.

  • Ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Software Platform / Tools
Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google suite, Productboard (or similar), AI tools (i.g. Claude, Notebook LLM etc)
