Trusted by 80+ customer organizations nationwide, the platform integrates data, analytics, and intelligent workflow automation into one governed system designed to support traceable documentation across diagnoses, quality measures, and submissions. With regulatory expertise and transparent, human-in-the-loop AI at its core, Reveleer supports organizations working to advance care quality, strengthen documentation integrity, and sustain the operational readiness needed to navigate audits with confidence.

Join Reveleer in shaping the future of healthcare with AI! This is a groundbreaking opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager (8-10 years) to own and drive the success of our EHR integrations and data management within our transformative AI-enabled Clinical Intelligence platform. You'll have the chance to work on cutting-edge technology, make a real impact on patient care, and be part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

If you're:

  • A product manager with 8-10 years of experience in consulting, analytics, data product management or EHR integrations
  • A strong, structured problem-solver comfortable working with complex datasets and systems
  • Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools, with the ability to understand technical architectures and data pipelines
  • An exceptional communicator who can translate complex concepts across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly proactive and adaptable, able to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive outcomes independently
  • Deeply experienced with healthcare data (claims, clinical, EHR, or similar) and EHR integrations (Epic, Athena, Cerner, etc.)

Then you'll thrive in this role!

Here's what you'll do:

  • Own the roadmap and day-to-day product management for our EHR and Data Engineering pods, including leading and participating in agile ceremonies
  • Lead all new product development for our growing portfolio of EHR integrations (Epic, Athena, Cerner, Vim, etc.) and data ingestion capabilities
  • Manage relationships with EHR and other integration vendors
  • Become the data expert: develop deep expertise in Reveleer data and industry standards, and translate analytical insight into scalable product and operational solutions
  • Structure ambiguous problems: define requirements, workflows, and data specifications that drive successful implementations, owning business logic and specs from ingestion to insight
  • Analyze and validate data: analyze large datasets to identify patterns, diagnose issues, and validate outputs, ensuring accuracy and reliability across product and customer data flows
  • Own data specs and quality: develop data-spec templates and standards for data ingestion, triage and solve data-quality issues, and support data-quality KPIs, monitoring, and self-service tooling
  • Build and maintain the operating fabric: partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to build clear documentation, frameworks, and repeatable processes
  • Lead cross-functional execution: coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and drive projects from problem definition through execution
  • Investigate and diagnose issues related to EHR integrations and data ingestion, making recommendations for solutions where applicable

Required experience:

    • EHR integration experience (Epic preferred)
    • Knowledgeable about healthcare data
    • Customer-facing

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with:
    • Value-based care
    • Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools

Ready to make a difference in healthcare with AI? We're excited to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

• Competitive salary

• Medical, Dental and Vision benefits

• 401k with Employer Match

• Generous PTO plan
