Job description

Conifers is transforming security operations centers (SOCs) with CognitiveSOC™, its AI SOC platform, enabling enterprises and MSSPs to achieve SOC excellence.

By leveraging agentic AI, Conifers helps security teams investigate complex, multi-tier incidents with speed, accuracy, and trust.

Led by seasoned cybersecurity leaders and backed by SYN Ventures, PICUS Capital, and others, the company brings deep industry knowledge and innovation to an increasingly AI-driven threat landscape.

We’re building an AI-native security platform that enables autonomous agents to investigate real-world threats at a massive scale.

About The Role :

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager with a strong builder mindset to help shape and scale the CognitiveSOC™ platform.

Working at the intersection of cybersecurity, agentic AI, and user experience, you will translate advanced AI capabilities and investigation logic into practical, trusted, and intuitive SOC workflows. You will own key product areas end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.

You will work closely with customers, security experts, AI researchers, engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams.

Beyond defining requirements, you will work directly with AI tools, product workflows, data, and user feedback to explore ideas, validate assumptions, and make better product decisions.

What You’ll Do :

  • Become a domain expert in the CognitiveSOC™ platform, including agentic investigation logic, AI-driven workflows, data integrations, and SOC user journeys.
  • Engage directly with SOC analysts, security leaders, MSSPs, and enterprise customers to identify pain points, validate assumptions, and uncover opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and stakeholder requirements into clear product capabilities, user journeys, UX flows, and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Work hands-on with AI tools, product workflows, and user feedback to explore use cases, evaluate AI outputs, validate assumptions, and shape valuable product experiences.
  • Partner closely with AI research and engineering to understand emerging capabilities and translate them into practical solutions for real customer problems.
  • Define how AI-generated findings, reasoning, evidence, recommendations, and uncertainty should be presented to security professionals.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to create intuitive experiences for complex security workflows and AI-assisted decision-making.
  • Make informed trade-offs across customer value, scope, quality, timelines, usability, and technical constraints.
  • Drive the definition, development, and launch of new capabilities, features, and end-to-end product flows.
  • Define success criteria for AI-powered capabilities and use product data and user feedback to guide decisions and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with end-to-end ownership of complex B2B SaaS products.
  • Product management experience in cybersecurity or SOC-related domains, including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, EDR, MDR, threat detection, incident response, alert triage, investigation, or case management.
  • Experience bringing AI-powered, automation-heavy, or decision-support capabilities into real product experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with AI research, data science, or machine learning teams to bring AI capabilities into production.
  • A practical understanding of generative AI and agentic systems, including their capabilities, limitations, and product implications.
  • Experience using AI tools to explore ideas, validate workflows, and support product decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience defining user journeys, workflows, and usability requirements for complex systems.
  • Strong product judgment and analytical thinking, with the ability to make informed decisions and define meaningful success criteria.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Bonus Points :

  • Background in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep familiarity with SOC analyst workflows, investigation processes, or operational security environments.

Our Commitment :

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Conifers.ai.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
