ABOUT UNIT
Unit is a market leader in embedded finance. We offer ready-to-launch financial services - like banking and capital - and serve millions of end-users across ~100 customers, including Wix, Bill.com, Honeybook, Relay, and more.
We’re repeat founders with technical backgrounds, working hard to build a successful company that we’re proud to work at. Our product moves $40b+ annually and processes 12m+ API calls daily. We’ve raised $160m+ from top investors including Insight, Accel, and 60+ angels.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a new product line in accounting solutions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Many businesses struggle with manual, error-prone financial processes—from invoice management to payment reconciliation—leading to inefficiencies and cash flow challenges. Our goal is to automate and streamline these workflows, making financial operations seamless, intelligent, and efficient.
In this role, you'll work closely with clients, engineering, design, and compliance teams to deeply understand pain points and build solutions that eliminate friction in B2B payments and accounting. This is a rare opportunity to define and launch a category-defining product, transforming how businesses manage their finances. If you're passionate about automation, financial workflows, and driving high-impact innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own a new strategic initiative for Unit, from initial research to delivery and business performance.
Define the product vision and create the product roadmap.
Communicate constantly with everyone - in and out of the company.

Provide strategic guidance as well as tactical priorities to the engineering team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
5+ years of product management experience (background in lending, accounting, finance, or small business ownership - advantage)
Experience building intuitive UI/UX that simplifies complex workflows, making accounting easier and more efficient for businesses.
Background in both B2B and B2C product development—strong understanding of user journeys, conversion funnels, and engagement optimization.
Strong data-driven mindset—ability to build analytics funnels, analyze usage patterns, and make optimization decisions to improve adoption and efficiency.
Strong technical understanding - we build software used by the industry's best tech and product companies.
Curious nature, driven by impact and excited to influence the future of Fintech.
Passion for product, strategy, and culture.
Proven track record of driving strong results in a similar position.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (English at a native level)
