Job description

About the role

Cyberhaven is building Flow, a unified data security platform spanning Human Data Security, Agentic Data Security, and Data Security Posture Management. The people who use it are security analysts, insider-risk investigators, and data protection leaders — experts doing demanding work under time pressure, who live in our product all day. And increasingly they are not working alone: AI agents are becoming actors inside the enterprise and inside our product, which means the experience we design now has to serve both the human doing the judging and the agent doing the work.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager focussing on endpoint capabilities in a fast growing startup with an innovative technology. You will work directly with the company’s top executives and the founders to drive the company vision, seeing it through the customer’s eyes, and rally engineers to enhance and expand the endpoint capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Develop and lead the product strategy and vision for Cyberhaven’s endpoint sensor capabilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch endpoint capabilities that answer key data detection and response use cases.

  • Closely interact with Cyberhaven’s current and prospective customers to deeply understand their spoken and unspoken needs, as well as the actual and perceived value of the Cyberhaven product to them.

  • Keep track of industry trends in cybersecurity and adjacent markets to help Cyberhaven identify new market opportunities. Research the competition to deeply understand competitive products functionality, pricing, and positioning, as well as how these products are perceived by buyers and industry analysts.

  • Lead endpoint product development initiatives, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies to address insider threats effectively.

  • Prioritize product roadmap to follow the product vision while ensuring that product is easy to sell and empowers sales to achieve near- and long-term revenue objectives, as well as drives the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Communicate product requirements and vision to the Engineering team. Write, edit and prioritize user stories; constantly communicate with engineers to clarify and refine user stories; track user stories as they’re being developed; set, track and enforce the Definition of Done.

  • Write and maintain clear requirements documents, ensure everyone on the team always understands what and why something is being built by the company.

  • Be an external spokesperson for the company, maintain social media presence and speak at conferences. Partner with Marketing on product announcements and launches.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience of managing successful enterprise security products to drive fast-growing businesses

  • Experience with cross platform endpoint software and endpoint telemetry collection and other areas of endpoint security e.g. EDR, EPP, DLP is required.

  • Experience with large scale endpoint software deployments and the ability to consider the implications to users and the business.

  • A history of managing successful enterprise products in early-stage startups, skillfully balancing limited engineering resources with high pressure for features and quality from customers and sales teams

  • Must be comfortable, effective, and clear at communicating with company executives, customers, and engineers, and collaborate with a variety of internal groups including customer success/services, engineering, marketing, and sales

  • Ability to build rapport with customers, prospects, analysts, and competitors, as well as the ability to leverage your existing network to gather market and product intelligence

  • Deeply understand technology, have a strong intuition to estimate the complexity of product features, and ability to speak a common language with the engineers

  • Experience managing scalable enterprise software platforms, building a product that meets the needs of large enterprises (RBAC, Directory Integration, Enterprise software deployment, performance management etc.)

  • Proven history of developing products that can meet the needs of a wide variety of large enterprise customers, yet can be built efficiently by engineering

  • Experience working closely with UX designers, customers, and engineers to create modern user interfaces that simplify the lives our customers

  • Experience with data-driven approach to product decisions

  • Availability to frequently communicate with a distributed engineering team in Central European time zone and other teams in the US time zones

  • Located in Europe

Joining Cyberhaven means joining the team building Data Security for the Agentic Enterprise. Traditional tools fall short. Cyberhaven traces the full lifecycle of your data, adapting protection to changing context, so protection moves with the way people actually work, not against it. AI Changed Work. We Protect It.
Backed by $250M from leading investors like Khosla and Redpoint, our team includes leaders who built industry-defining technologies at CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Meta, Google, and more. This role lets you shape the future of data security, working alongside people driven to protect workflows, not just data, for customers who cannot afford to slow down to stay safe.

AI Tools Disclosure: As part of Cyberhaven's hiring process, we use recruiting tools that include AI-powered features to help with tasks like scheduling, note-taking, workflow automation, and other recruiting activities ("AI Tools").
