About Archy

Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is outdated.

Archy is a Series B vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to make our Archy platform visually intuitive, functional, and ground-breaking. We’re growing fast, and we need to design at scale: a user-centered design philosophy, efficient design processes, and scalable systems that are built to last.

In this role, you’ll have a defining voice in how we create engaging and delightful experiences for dentists, their staff, and patients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, early-stage Series B startup where your work directly impacts the business every day.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Platform UX/UI Ownership: Own the end-to-end UX/UI for our comprehensive, all-in-one dental platform, seamlessly blending diverse workflows and data structures into a single, cohesive, and elegant user experience.

  • Systems Architecture: Apply systems thinking to architect scalable design frameworks, ensuring that adding new features or modules strengthens the unified platform rather than adding clutter.

  • AI-Augmented Workflows: Integrate advanced AI tools into your daily design process (e.g., for rapid prototyping, user data analysis, wireframing, or copy generation) to accelerate delivery and scale your output.

  • Innovation Champion: Explore and champion emerging AI design technologies to help the broader team optimize workflows and innovate faster.

  • Customer-Centric Research: Partner directly with dentists and practices to conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate ambiguous real-world problems into concrete design solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from ideation through to implementation, ensuring technical feasibility without compromising on user experience.

  • Autonomy & Agency: Own your day and your domain. You will operate with high autonomy, proactively identifying product friction points and defining the design strategy to solve them.

  • Creative Problem Solving: Bring creative problem-solving to technical constraints, acting as a bridge between business goals, engineering realities, and human-centric design.

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ Years of Product Design Experience: Proven track record in fast-growing startup environments across B2C and B2B, ideally within FinTech, HealthTech, or highly complex SaaS platforms.

  • Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating successfully launched projects that showcase strategic, conceptual, and high-fidelity creative thinking.

  • End-to-End Design Mastery: Equally comfortable conducting user research, mapping complex UX logic, and executing beautiful, polished, and efficient UI.

  • Design System Ownership: Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling a design system with lean, highly reusable components.

  • Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Extensive experience using AI and data tools to rapidly build prototypes, inform product requirements, conduct customer research, and perform deep-dive analysis.

  • Figma Expertise: Advanced mastery of Figma, including polished and efficient UI handoff, creating and maintaining various components in the design system, and advanced prototyping.

  • Engineering Empathy: A strong understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints, enabling close, fluid collaboration with engineers during implementation.

  • Inclusive Design: Deep familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG) to ensure our all-in-one solution is usable by everyone.

  • Strategic Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous, complex workflow needs into elegant, unified product solutions.

  • Startup Mindset & Autonomy: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, embraces an ownership mindset, and brings a "do whatever it takes" attitude toward shipping great products.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and equity (some roles may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses)

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) plan

  • Flexible vacation policy

  • Remote-friendly culture
