Role Summary

We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to establish our product analytics function and bring deep analytical rigor to product decision-making. Compensation: 90-110k

Location: Paris (Hybrid)

About the Role

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of feature success, retention drivers, and long-term engagement patterns to generate actionable product insights and inform roadmap decisions

  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design on product planning, bringing a data lens to ideation and concept evaluation throughout the product development lifecycle

  • Design and structure A/B tests to ensure statistical rigor, including experiment design, sample size calculations, and analysis of results using cohort analysis and causal inference methods

  • Create analytics frameworks and event taxonomy to maintain data quality, partnering with the data platform team to keep data sources clean and well-defined

  • Enable Product Manager self-service through tooling, documentation, and light-touch support, using AI tools and MCP integrations to turbocharge analyses and scale impact

About You

  • 5-10 years experience in product analytics or data science with deep familiarity with A/B testing, experiment design, and cohort analysis within platforms such as Mixpanel or Amplitude (mobile app experience is a plus)

  • Proven ability to apply behavioral and statistical analysis methods such as behavioral clustering, propensity score matching, and regression modeling to deliver actionable product insights

  • Fluent in SQL and Python with strong technical skills for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization

  • Strong product sense with ability to generate product and behavioral hypotheses from data insights and experiment results, translating business questions into structured analytical approaches

  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly around data insights, limitations, and approaches to technical and non-technical audiences, comfortable using AI tools to enhance analytical output

If you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still apply. We'd love to chat and see if you could be a great fit.
