  • Escalate issues appropriately and partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to determine disposition and corrective actions.
  • Provide practical feedback on product design, assembly sequence, tooling, test methods, and process risks.
  • Assist with the design, evaluation, qualification, and maintenance of manufacturing fixtures, tools, and test equipment.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing of complex electromechanical assemblies and medical devices.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and workmanship, including experience with precision mechanical assembly, cable routing, PCBA handling, fasteners, adhesives, and controlled torque operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following controlled procedures.
  • Experience completing production records accurately and contemporaneously.
  • Ability to use common inspection and test equipment such as calipers, multimeters, microscopes, and electrical or functional test fixtures.
  • Experience working in ESD sensitive environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and assemble large mechanical equipment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers, quality personnel, and operations leadership.
  • Experience manufacturing FDA-regulated medical devices or other products in a highly regulated industry.
