As Canix continues to grow, we are seeking experienced and driven professionals to join our team and help ensure the successful implementation of our software solutions. **Role Overview:**\ We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Implementation Specialist to join our growing Implementation team. As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Canix’s software solutions for new and existing clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the system to meet those needs, and provide support during and after the implementation process. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of SaaS platforms, and a passion for ensuring customer success. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Lead Client Implementations**: Take the lead on complex, high-impact client implementations from start to finish, ensuring smooth deployment of Canix’s software solutions. * **Client Consultation**: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals, and provide tailored solutions using the Canix platform. * **Configuration & Setup**: Oversee the configuration of Canix’s software to meet client needs, including system setup, data migration, integration with other systems (such as METRC, BioTrack, etc.), and training. * **Project Management**: Manage the timeline, resources, and tasks associated with client implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. * **Customer Training**: Provide training to clients on the Canix platform, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively and maximize its potential. * **Ongoing Support**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, resolving any issues or roadblocks that arise. Provide ongoing support as needed post-implementation. * **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure that client requirements are properly addressed and incorporated into the solution. * **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements, develop best practices for the implementation process, and contribute to the creation of internal documentation and resources. * **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the Implementation team, helping to develop their skills and ensure high-quality service for clients. **Qualifications:** * **Experience**: 6+ years of experience in software implementation or customer-facing roles, with at least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead capacity. Experience with SaaS solutions is preferred. * **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the cannabis industry, including regulatory requirements (e.g., METRC, BioTrack, seed-to-sale processes), is highly preferred. * **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. * **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process, ensuring that the client’s needs are met effectively. * **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable working with complex software platforms and systems, including system configuration, data migration, and integrations. * **Customer-Focused**: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner. * **Collaboration & Leadership**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead client-facing projects. Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus. * **Bonus Skills**: Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
