Come join our Revenue Enablement Team

Our Revenue Enablement team is committed to creating and executing strategies to help achieve revenue goals and deliver the highest quality experience for our customers. We build and execute the engine that connects all teams in GTM.

What you will do

As a Senior GTM Engineer you will own the architecture and evolution of Karat's Go-To-Market technology stack. Working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and interview operations, you will design the systems, automations, and operational processes that power how Karat acquires and retains customers. You will serve as the primary architect for Salesforce and related GTM tools, and the internal expert on how AI and automation can improve how our revenue teams operate.

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of our GTM technology stack, from lead generation through implementation and expansion.
  • Design and optimize workflows across the full customer lifecycle; serve as the primary architect for Salesforce and related GTM systems.
  • Establish scalable system governance, data standards, and integration frameworks across GTM tools.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered automations that reduce manual work and improve efficiency across revenue operations.
  • Design scalable operational processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and interview operations, including lead management, routing, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that support executive decision-making, funnel analysis, and capacity planning.
  • Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies for their potential to create operational scale and competitive advantage.

The experience you bring

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or a related discipline
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern GTM tools; strong experience designing and managing complex GTM technology ecosystems
  • Proven ability to build workflows, automations, and integrations at scale in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience supporting both sales and post-sale organizations across the full customer lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable translating data into operational recommendations
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve business operations and decision-making
  • Ability to operate independently and drive work forward in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
