Who You Are
You’re a builder and operator who approaches growth more like a product problem than a marketing channel.
You start with the customer and the business problem, dig into the data, develop a hypothesis, build and launch an experiment, measure the results, and iterate. You’re comfortable getting hands-on — whether that means analyzing a funnel, launching an acquisition campaign, improving a landing experience, fixing measurement, or testing a new growth idea.
You have experience operating paid channels like Google and Meta, but you don't define yourself solely as a paid media marketer. Channels are tools. Your strength is figuring out what to build, test, and scale to drive growth.
You’re also already using AI and automation to analyze faster, experiment more, and improve how you work.
What You’ll Do
- Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and turn them into experiments
- Build, manage, and optimize acquisition programs across Google, Meta, and other channels
- Use data to understand customer behavior, diagnose performance, and uncover opportunities
- Test audiences, messaging, creative, landing experiences, and new growth ideas
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Creative to improve conversion, measurement, and the customer experience
- Own key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, and conversion
- Use AI and automation to accelerate analysis, experimentation, and execution
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth strategy, growth product manager, growth, growth marketing, product-led growth, performance marketing, or a related role
- A track record of building and launching growth initiatives and experiments, not simply managing existing programs
- Strong product instincts and a hypothesis-driven approach to solving problems
- Hands-on paid acquisition experience, particularly Google Ads and Meta
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify opportunities and make decisions
- Experience with experimentation, attribution, and growth measurement
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Experience using AI and automation as part of your workflow
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, move from idea to execution, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
