What You’ll Own

You'll take full ownership of features and systems end to end -from the first design conversation through to production and beyond. You'll build across the full stack, contributing to frontend, backend and data systems that power Alta's AI agents, automation workflows and GTM execution. You'll think deeply about architecture and system design, making the right calls early so things scale well and stay fast. You'll work closely with Product, AI and GTM teams, bringing strong product thinking to your work and making sure what you build actually solves the right problems. You'll also be a force multiplier for the engineers around you — through design discussions and raising the bar for how the team builds.What You Bring

Required

• You have 7+ years of experience building and shipping production systems.
• You have strong full stack experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frameworks, and solid backend experience with Node.js, Python or similar.
• You've built scalable, distributed or data-heavy systems and know what it takes to keep them reliable as they grow.
• You have a strong product mindset, naturally orienting around user problems and outcomes, and you've worked closely with product teams to shape what gets built and why.
• You're a natural collaborator -you communicate clearly, share context generously and make the engineers around you better.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or LLM based systems or automation.
• Background in B2B SaaS or GTM products.
