Summary

Lyra is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Event Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our global event portfolio. Working closely with multiple Event Marketing Managers, this role coordinates operational workstreams across customer, partner, field, and internal events—from planning through onsite execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing operational excellence and exceptional attendee experiences to every program.

What You'll Do:

Event Planning & Execution

  • Support multiple Event Marketing Managers across customer conferences, field events, sponsorships, webinars, hospitality programs, and internal events.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including registration, attendee communications, speaker logistics, venue operations, travel, shipping, and onsite execution.

  • Prepare project plans, production schedules, run-of-show documents, and event materials to support successful program delivery.

  • Support onsite staffing, vendor coordination, and attendee experience to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Event Operations

  • Manage the GTM events calendar and associated timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables.

  • Maintain project documentation, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation activities.

  • Support post-event reporting by tracking attendee metrics, compiling feedback, and coordinating operational recaps.

  • Maintain event technology platforms, registration systems, and operational resources.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Manage swag vendors, inventory, fulfillment, and event materials to support customer and internal programs.

  • Support venue and vendor sourcing, proposal collection, procurement, and contract coordination.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.

  • Coordinate with agency partners and external vendors to ensure successful program delivery.

  • Process Improvement

  • Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, trackers, and scalable processes that improve operational efficiency across the Events team.

  • Who You Are:
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating events, conferences, sponsorships, or marketing programs in a B2B environment.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience coordinating vendors, venues, registration platforms, logistics, and onsite event operations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Asana, and event technology platforms (Splash, Cvent) is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20–30% to support onsite event execution.
