  • Develop clear, decision-oriented insights and recommendations for the CCO and Commercial Leadership Team.

 Strategic & Enterprise Initiatives:

  • Lead high-priority strategic and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CCO, particularly where the stakes are high, ownership is unclear, or coordination spans multiple functions.
  • Structure complex and ambiguous business problems, establish decision frameworks and workplans, and drive initiatives from problem definition through resolution and execution.

Commercial Leadership & Operating Model:

  • Help shape and evolve the Commercial operating model as Dyne builds toward launch and future growth.
  • Establish an effective leadership operating rhythm, including strategic planning, governance, business reviews, and decision-making processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
  • Strategy consulting background within life sciences preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous questions and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence effectively without formal authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity for senior audiences.
  • Strong judgment and the maturity to navigate complex, sensitive, and often confidential business issues.
  • Commercial strategy, rare disease, or product launch experience.
