Location: Chicago, New York, Salt Lake City, or San Diego; Hybrid
Hours: Full time

About this role
We're looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to turn our expertise, customer stories, and point of view into content that earns attention and drives demand. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll own our content strategy and editorial engine across brand content, executive thought leadership, original research, contributed content, video, events, and more. You'll turn complex ideas into stories that people want to read, share, and act on, while building the systems and standards that allow us to scale.
You'll work closely with our executive leadership team and other cross-functional partners to develop a distinctive point of view for ReflexAI and bring it to life across channels. A significant part of the role will be executive thought leadership. You'll partner closely with our cofounders to capture and develop their perspectives, while preserving what makes each voice distinctive. You'll also write for a wide range of audiences, from contact center leaders focused on workforce performance to clinical leaders working in crisis response and behavioral health.
This is a high-ownership role for a strong writer and editor who wants a meaningful hand in shaping our voice, our point of view, and ultimately the story that defines a new category.
What you’ll do
Own ReflexAI's voice and editorial strategy. Partner directly with our executives to turn their expertise and ideas into compelling thought leadership while preserving their distinct voices. Set the editorial calendar, standards, and processes that keep our content focused, consistent, and high quality as volume grows.
Develop and create content across the buyer journey, from category education and thought leadership to customer proof and demand generation. Turn original research, product insights, customer stories, and emerging trends into integrated content programs spanning blog, social, email, sales enablement, webinars, and more.
Partner with SEO and AEO specialists to ensure our content is useful, authoritative, and discoverable across search engines and AI surfaces.
Develop contributed bylines and other thought leadership for industry and vertical publications, partnering with PR to identify and pursue opportunities. Own our awards and recognition program, from strategy and submissions to follow-through.
Hold a high bar for how our content looks as well as how it reads, directing our design partners across graphics, video, and presentation assets.
Raise the editorial bar across marketing. Partner with product marketing, growth, PR, and field marketing to bring a clear, distinctive, consistent narrative to campaigns, sales materials, RFPs, and other customer-facing content where strong writing and editorial judgment matter.
Track how content performs and let it inform your plan. Own performance reporting for what you publish, partner with growth on attribution and pipeline influence, and use the read to reprioritize the editorial calendar.
Requirements for a great fit
Excellent writer and editor. 5–8+ years in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong writing, editing, and editorial judgment.
Executive thought leadership experience. A track record of developing content in the voice of senior executives or founders and building trusted working relationships with them.
Strong strategic and editorial judgment. You can identify the story, adapt it for different audiences and channels, and push back when the work isn't good enough.
Accountable to outcomes. You track how your work performs, form a view about why, and adjust what you publish based on the answer. You would rather know a piece underperformed than not know.
Range. You can write credibly about technical, business, and human topics and adjust your voice for very different audiences.
Fluent in modern content and AI. You understand how content gets discovered across search, social, and AI assistants, and you build AI into your workflow to produce more and better work, keeping current as the tools change, without sacrificing originality or a human voice.
Independent and collaborative. You can own a content program, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively across a remote, cross-functional team with minimal oversight. You're also comfortable handling complex and sensitive subject matter with care.
What we offer
Some of the most rewarding work you will ever do, solving real problems and helping people be the best versions of themselves
Working alongside a team that is exceptionally smart and ambitious, but also humble and kind
Generous retirement, equity, healthcare, and PTO policies
