Salary: Competitive, up to £80,000 dependent on experience

Pulse is recruiting for a Neuropsychologist to join a modern, purpose-built neurological rehabilitation centre in Worcester. This is a rare opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility offering bespoke care in a peaceful residential setting. If you're a Clinical Psychologist with a strong background in neurorehabilitation, this role offers the chance to lead multidisciplinary care, shape innovative treatment pathways, and make a lasting impact on the lives of adults with acquired brain injuries and progressive neurological conditions. Sponsorship is available for candidates who have been in the UK for 3+ years. Exceptional international candidates may also be considered.

As Neuropsychologist, you will:

• Deliver complex neuropsychological assessments and interventions tailored to individual rehabilitation goals
• Lead and support the multidisciplinary therapy team under the guidance of the Clinical Lead
• Provide expert psychological input into diagnosis, treatment planning, and risk assessments
• Supervise Assistant Psychologists and contribute to psychologically informed care across the service
• Communicate sensitively with residents, families, and carers, managing challenging situations with compassion and professionalism

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Extensive experience in clinical settings, ideally with a neuropsychological focus
• Strong understanding of acquired brain injuries, neurological disorders, and complex care needs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Desirable:

• Experience working with individuals with traumatic brain injuries or progressive neurological conditions
• Familiarity with statutory duties in social care
