About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Associate to help run an AI-native operating environment across people, AI agents, and cross-functional teams.
This is a high-ownership business operations role for someone who combines strong business judgement with enough technical fluency. You will help turn AI-agent capabilities into reliable production workflows, keep teams aligned in real time, and ensure that AI-heavy processes have clear ownership, quality standards, handoffs, and escalation paths.
The role sits at the intersection of business operations, product operations, technology, and digital assets. You will need to move quickly, communicate clearly, understand changing market context, and remain dependable when urgent internal issues arise.
What you’ll do
Real-time business and team alignment
Coordinate real-time alignment across business teams, Engineering, Product, Operations, AI agents, and other stakeholders.
Translate business priorities into clear workflows, owners, decision points, and next actions.
Identify bottlenecks, unclear handoffs, conflicting priorities, and gaps in execution.
Maintain visibility across fast-moving initiatives and ensure critical work continues to move forward.
Stay informed about market, product, and digital-asset developments that may affect internal priorities.
AI-enabled production workflows
Partner with Engineering to identify where AI-agent capabilities can improve business and operational workflows.
Help translate business requirements into agent prompts, workflow logic, operating procedures, and quality criteria.
Support the deployment of AI-agent capabilities into reliable production processes.
Test and refine AI-heavy workflows, including edge cases, failure modes, escalation rules, and human handoffs.
Build practical feedback loops between business users, AI agents, and Engineering.
Quality, handoffs, and escalation
Own quality standards for AI-assisted and AI-driven internal processes.
Ensure that workflows have clear inputs, outputs, ownership, approval points, and escalation paths.
Monitor process performance and identify when an agent or workflow requires human intervention.
Investigate execution failures, incomplete handoffs, inconsistent outputs, and operational gaps.
Drive issues to resolution and ensure that lessons learned are incorporated into the relevant workflow or SOP.
Cross-functional execution
Work across Corporate Development, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Support, and other teams.
Coordinate complex initiatives with multiple dependencies and changing deadlines.
Prepare concise updates, decision summaries, operating trackers, and escalation notes.
Support internal launches, process changes, and other high-priority initiatives.
Act as the connective layer between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Urgent internal support
Provide reliable coverage for urgent internal issues when required.
What we’re looking for
Strong business judgement and practical problem-solving skills, with an operations, client, or product-operations mindset.
Technical literacy to work with Engineering on AI agents, prompts, workflows, APIs, and automation.
Clear, concise, and responsive communication, with strong follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
Ability to prioritise under uncertainty, manage ambiguity, and make sensible trade-offs.
Comfort working in an AI-native environment with multiple AI agents across functions.
High attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or high-impact workflows.
Willingness to learn quickly and balance speed with quality, controls, and human oversight.
