We embrace AI to increase our productivity and be at the forefront of technological changes.⭐️ The ChallengeAs a B2B Content & Event Lead, your role will be to create, propose and lead B2B content plans until their execution, based on Brand yearly plans and strategies, ultimately contributing to increase our revenue growth and our branded traffic.Your field of actions will encompass online and offline marketing initiatives: webinars, articles, videos, product launches, events, thought leadership initiatives. You will monitor their impact and ROI, so as to iterate on, and inform your plans.As the owner of the B2B content & event topic, your day-to-day will include:- Planning strategically your calendar and campaigns, hands in hands with Brand, Sales, Acquisition, Product and various stakeholders.- Framing these campaigns and their content, defining the angle, the narrative, the business objectives, the timeline, the produced assets and their production setup.- Acting as the main owner of your plan, from the brief to its delivery, managing budgets, internal contributors, content and design freelancers, medical, HR and external SMEs (subject matter experts)- Owning the Healthy Business initiative, creating inspiring content while fostering C-Level relationships with Alan and laying the foundations of a community.- Orienting your plan choices on KPIs and personas, thanks to regular report on your campaigns, and deep understanding of our business and audiences- Editing Alan's identity by shaping its tone of voice, and guidelines to be used by all Alaners.🎯 Who we're looking forYour personality- Enthusiastic about impacting health of millions of people- Team player, reliable and able to work easily with various types of roles: Sales, Data, Product, Design, People, …- Creative, and able to think outside the box & suggest innovative content solutions- While being strongly rigorous and logical about content’s architecture, marketing funnel and messaging- Collaborative, able to act as a thinking partner to all crews- Hands-on, ability to be autonomous to create content- Challenger about past decisions that have been made at AlanYour knowhow- B2B Sales & Marketing strong knowledgeDeeply knowledgeable about B2B sales funnel, and able to immediately offer a content / event response to each stage to Revenue teams.- Thought leadership deep knowledgeAbility to seize and craft relevant, sometimes avant-garde angles for thought leadership revolving around Alan’s editorial pillars.- Content creation know-howProven track record in producing multiple webinars, white papers, blog articles, social media static posts & ads, podcasts, written and video testimonials, motion design videos, PR, landing pages, newsletters and infographics.- B2B Event deep knowledgeProven track record in medium-sized (50-200 people) event production, buildup, logistics and post-event content production.- Distribution strong experienceStrong experience in content distribution over various key B2B channels: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), emailing, specialised media, and print.- Generative AI knowledgeAble to integrate Generative AI into all the content & event production steps, so as to smartly reduce budget while ensuring high quality of execution.- Content project managementAble to quickly plan, organise, follow-up and deliver simultaneous content projects of various natures over the span of several weeks, as much on the production level as on the distribution level.- Reporting tool experienceExperience in quantitative data analysis, knowing how to define the right KPIs to measure success.- Copywriting excellenceAlthough this role is not a copywriter role, the ability to know how to turn complex concepts into thoughtful & impactful communication for internal & B2B audiences is critical.Language(s)- French native speaker, with a above standard level in written French (perfect syntax)- Perfectly fluent in English, for internal communication purposes (all in English)👩🎨 Types of profiles- Marketing background- Experience in scale-up is a plus- At least 9-10 years of content management experience
