  • Train new hires on consumer lending products, procedures, regulations, compliance, systems, and customer engagement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, reinforcement, assessments, and skill-building throughout the 120 days.
  • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, hands-on, and on-the-job training.
  • Create training materials, presentations, guides, job aids, knowledge checks, and assessments.
  • Train and coach new hires on Salesforce, sales processes, reporting, and CRM workflows.
  • Monitor new hire progress, identify knowledge or performance gaps, and provide targeted support.
  • Partner with managers to coordinate post-training coaching and performance development.
  • Track training completion, proficiency, productivity, retention, and other performance measures.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve the new hire experience.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Stay current with adult learning, sales enablement, Salesforce, and financial lending best practices.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in adult learning, corporate training, sales training, or instructional design.
  • Experience designing or delivering structured new hire training programs.
  • Professional experience in financial lending, banking, consumer finance, mortgage lending, commercial lending, or related field.
