  • Support development of RFP and RFI responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), implementation estimates, technical documentation, and client-facing proposals.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation by documenting requirements, assumptions, deliverables, and commitments while providing knowledge transfer and project support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders to establish credibility as a trusted advisor.
  • Contribute to sales enablement materials, best practices, training content, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that support business growth and team effectiveness.
  • Maintain expertise in insurance and financial services technology, industry trends, APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and solution workshops.

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, requirements documentation, client-facing software demonstrations, presentations, and solution consulting.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
  • Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
  • Experience with APIs, web services, data integrations, single sign-on (SSO), and enterprise system architecture.
