About the Role:

Eudia is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales / GTM Recruiter to join our People & Talent team and lead strategic hiring across our Sales, Marketing, and other Go-to-Market functions. As we scale, building a world-class GTM organization is mission-critical—and we need someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments to help us attract and onboard exceptional talent that will drive Eudia’s growth and customer impact. You’ll partner directly with revenue and marketing leaders and lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to close. This is a highly visible role with significant influence on our company’s success.

What You'll Do:
  • Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and team dynamics.
  • Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top performers and passive talent within B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, and marketing ecosystems.
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and a high-touch process from first outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with People Ops and fellow recruiters to share candidate insights, market trends, and hiring best practices, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and informed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be local to Palo Alto or willing to relocate, with the ability to work onsite in the office full-time (5 days per week).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on GTM hiring across Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse).
  • Proven success recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth tech startup environments.
  • Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.
