We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our team in Cairo!
What You’ll Do
  • Ensure all projects are accurately recorded in the CRM, including all supporting information needed for billing and collections.
  • Manage the sales order control process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timely generation of orders.
  • Handle the registration of new clients for X clients.
  • Ensure the Sales Team operates in compliance with company policies, maintaining proper documentation for each project.
  • Maintain and regularly update CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate closely with Credit Risk teams to support risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams across global regions.
  • Manage high volumes of emails, requests, and reporting, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • What You Need For This Role
  • 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce, Sales Administration, Collections, Billing, or Finance departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM or workflow tools is a plus (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).
