How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
The Sales Operations Manager will serve as the strategic partner to Sales leadership and owner of the CRM and GTM technology stack in relation to the Sales Team. This role blends hands-on operational execution, systems ownership, and process design to ensure our sales team is equipped, enabled, and fully supported to drive revenue efficiently.
You will be responsible for optimizing sales workflows, maintaining data integrity, building scalable operational processes, and ensuring MarqVision's sales systems work seamlessly together. This role is ideal for someone who is both technical and business-minded, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for supporting high-growth sales teams. The role will work directly with the Head of Revenue Operations as well as cross functionally with Marketing, Customer Success and Finance.

For roles based in the United States, the estimated base salary range for this role is $124,000–$164,000, depending on experience and skills.
