Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Sales teams with opportunity management in Salesforce. This role is key in ensuring accurate and timely data entry and alignment with our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Sales teams with the insertion of opportunities in Salesforce (SF)

Monitoring and validating that all opportunities are correctly and consistently recorded

Following up on missing or inconsistent data in coordination with relevant teams

Assisting with ad-hoc tasks related to sales operations and reporting

Profile & Expectations:

Familiarity with Salesforce is a strong advantage

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proactive, eager to learn, and solution-oriented mindset

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – a must

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with various departments and team members

Workplace & Collaboration:

Presence in the office at least 4 times per week

Close collaboration with Sales, SA, Finance, and Operations teams across regions
