Peregrine is hiring a Sales Onboarding & Product Enablement, Curriculum Developer to own both the end-to-end Sales New Hire experience and the ongoing product and platform enablement strategy for our go-to-market teams. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously evolving onboarding, a 30-60-90 certification program, and scalable enablement systems that help Account Executives ramp quickly and remain fluent as our platform, market, and customer needs evolve.
This is a highly execution-oriented role for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and loves creating from scratch. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Managers to ensure Peregrine’s sales team deeply understands the platform, customer use cases, and value we deliver in the public safety ecosystem—on day one and long after ramp.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
