Job description

Sales Enablement

About Arango:

Arango delivers a unified, natively multimodel contextual data platform that powers AI agents, assistants, and applications with the unified, current, and trusted business context needed to reason, decide, and act at scale.

The Arango Contextual Data Platform connects fragmented enterprise data with LLMs, copilots, and AI agents through a simplified architecture delivered out of the box. By combining graph, vector, document, key-value, and search capabilities in a single platform, Arango eliminates the complex stacks many organizations build to operationalize enterprise AI.

Trusted by organizations including NVIDIA, HPE, the London Stock Exchange, PSI CRO, the U.S. Air Force, NIH, Siemens, Transient.AI, Matpriskollen, and Articul8, Arango helps enterprises move from AI pilots to reliable production systems faster while lowering infrastructure complexity and total cost of ownership. Arango is a proud member of the NVIDIA Inception Program and the AWS ISV Accelerate Program. Learn more at arango.ai, LinkedIn, and G2.

About the Role

As the Revenue Enablement & Lifecycle Lead at Arango, you will build the operating system that makes our go-to-market organization more productive and repeatable as we scale.

You will build the playbooks, onboarding, certifications, coaching frameworks, processes, and automation that help our teams generate pipeline, close business, retain customers, and identify expansion opportunities.

You will work closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and the field to turn best practices into repeatable execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement

  • Own and continuously improve sales playbooks for our Commercial, Enterprise, and Federal teams
  • Build and manage a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding and ramp program for new sellers
  • Partner with Product and Sales Engineering to develop product, solution, and sales certifications
  • Establish repeatable best practices across discovery, qualification, demos, architecture, POVs, business cases, pricing, negotiation, and close
  • Develop repeatable renewal and expansion playbooks based on customer behavior and account signals
  • Partner with RevOps and Customer Success to automate and surface usage, health, engagement, risk, renewal signals, and expansion triggers to inform the overall sales process.
  • Build a culture of ongoing seller education through recurring training, deal reviews, and field enablement
  • Establish a manager coaching framework that helps frontline leaders consistently inspect, coach, and improve seller performance
  • Measure enablement effectiveness through ramp time, pipeline creation, conversion, renewal retention, productivity, and adoption

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, revenue operations, customer lifecycle operations, or related GTM functions
  • Experience building scalable sales processes and enablement programs within a B2B SaaS organization
  • Demonstrated experience improving seller productivity, pipeline generation, deal execution, renewals, or expansion
  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
  • Experience designing workflows, processes, and automation across CRM and GTM systems
  • Ability to translate successful field behavior into repeatable playbooks and operating processes
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to work across Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, and Marketing
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and program-management skills
  • Experience driving adoption and behavioral change across a growing sales organization

What Success Looks Like

You will make it easier for every seller and manager to know what good looks like, what to do next, and how to execute consistently.

Within your first year, Arango should have a repeatable enablement system across each sales motion, a measurable onboarding and certification program, a consistent renewal methodology, automated customer signals, and a proactive process for identifying risk and expansion opportunities.

What Makes Arango Special?

At Arango, we believe that AI is only as powerful as the data foundation. Our mission is to help organizations build AI systems that can reason, decide and act based on unified, current, and trusted business context at scale. We are helping define a new category of infrastructure: the contextual data layer for AI.

Working at Arango means:

  • Contributing to cutting-edge AI and data infrastructure
  • Collaborating with experienced engineers, marketers, and product leaders
  • Helping shape how enterprises build AI-powered applications

If you're excited about the intersection of AI, data, and social media, we’d love to hear from you.
