We are looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Sales & Strategy Intern to join our Uber Ads regional team. The ideal candidate will possess a "data-driven" mindset, mastery of Excel for reporting, and the ability to integrate Generative AI tools into their daily workflow to optimize productivity. This role is key to creating high-impact proposals and adapting regional strategies for local success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage Advanced Excel to process raw data, track KPIs, and create visual reports that provide actionable insights for the sales team.

  • Strategic Proposal Development: Assist in crafting tailored commercial proposals and pitches, ensuring all data points are accurate and compelling.

  • AI-Driven Productivity: Proactively integrate Generative AI tools (e.g., WeFlow, Gemini, Claude.) to streamline research, draft content, and automate repetitive tasks.

  • Content Localization & Translation: Translate and adapt regional sales decks and case studies from English to local languages, maintaining a high standard of quality and tone.

  • Sales Enablement: Organize and update regional sales collateral, ensuring the team has the most competitive tools available.

  • Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Exceptional command of English (Written and Spoken). Ability to translate and localize complex business decks with precision.

  • Analytical & Excel Skills: Strong ability to work with large datasets. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and reporting) is a must.

  • AI Literacy: Basic knowledge and hands-on experience using Generative AI to enhance work quality and speed.

  • Extreme Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to document creation, proofreading, and data validation.

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field with a strong analytical focus.

  • Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who looks for ways to improve processes using technology.
