Our mission is to give robots human-level manipulation skills through world-class hardware and AI training data. **Role Overview** We’re looking for a **Robotics Technician** who’s passionate about building things that move. You’ll be hands-on assembling our robotic hands — putting together precision mechanical, electrical, and tendon-driven systems that form the core of our humanoid platform. **Responsibilities** * Assemble mechanical, electrical, and cable/tendon subsystems of robotic hands * Perform testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of assemblies * Maintain clean, organized work areas and build documentation * Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers to refine assembly procedures * Support prototype builds and small production runs **Qualifications** * Experience with mechanical/electronic assembly or lab technician work * Skilled in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and test instruments * Strong attention to detail and patience working with small, delicate components * Ability to read simple assembly drawings or wiring diagrams * Bonus: experience with robotics, actuators, or mechatronics systems **Why Join Us** You’ll be part of a small, world-class team solving some of the hardest problems in robotics.
