Who You Are

The Revenue Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across email, paid digital, and webinars. Working closely with the Senior Revenue Marketing Manager, this role will ensure campaigns are effectively implemented, monitored, and refined to drive engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and motivated to enhance our marketing impact through seamless execution.
Responsibilities
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using Marketo, including copywriting, formatting, designing layouts, managing lists, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Strategize and execute targeted campaigns through digital advertising, email, and content syndication to attract and engage prospects and clients
  • Manage Ontic webinars, including content creation, preparation, and execution
  • Develop program launch kits for sales education and adoption
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics across programs and channels, providing insights for optimization
  • Write copy and develop design briefs for paid advertising channels to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Align with the Revenue Marketing team on strategic objectives, prioritize initiatives, and enhance campaign execution
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to marketing best practices and brand guidelines
  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Experience with sales outreach platforms (like Outreach or Salesloft) and sales enablement platforms (Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, etc) is a plus
