About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our International Talent Acquisition team. This role will provide support throughout the recruiting and onboarding processes for the EMEA and APAC regions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination, offer letters, employment agreements.
  • Promote a friendly and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process:
    • Ensure in-person and virtual meetings and interviews begin and end on time, as well as handle questions about interviews from candidates and team members.
    • Provide an itinerary for candidates ahead of interviews.
    • Coordinate Zoom interviews with candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring teams.
    • Correspond with candidates throughout the process.
  • Assist with updating candidate information in Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Follow up with interviewers and candidates’ post-interview and compile feedback.
  • Assist with conducting reference checks and initiate background checks as needed.
  • Partner closely with Human Resources and IT to ensure a successful onboarding process.
  • Assist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects and related reporting.
  • Work with the TA team and hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are clear, complete, and proofread prior to posting.

Qualifications

  • Interest in developing a career in recruiting/talent acquisition
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to develop relationships with employees at different levels, work with various departments, and foster teamwork
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
