Let's skip the corporate jargon. We are looking for a recruiter to join our team at DTN who actually loves the thrill of the hunt.
This is a hybrid position with flexibility of remote work alongside meaningful, in-person collaboration with local leadership. In-person meetings take place in the Dallas Uptown area, just north of downtown.
If you have two to five years of recruiting experience, especially if you've spent some of that time hiring in the tech space, and you are genuinely hungry to level up, we want to talk to you.
You won't be flying solo or reporting to someone who just stares at spreadsheets all day. You will be working with a leader who is right in the trenches with you. We believe in a true player/coach setup, which means you get hands-on support to help you get better at what you do, while actually having fun doing it.
Day to day, you will own the hiring process for our tech, product, sales, and ops teams. We need someone who can sit down with hiring managers, figure out what they really need, and then go find those people. You should know how to dig past the obvious candidates on job boards and strike up real conversations with hidden talent.
We are also looking for someone who loves to tinker and experiment. We are big believers in using AI to make our recruiting engine better, faster, and smarter. If you aren't afraid to lean into new technology, whether that means testing out platforms like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT, building custom agents, or just finding creative ways to automate and hack your daily workflow, you will fit right in here.
We need a go-getter. Someone who is organized, easy to talk to, and knows how to keep a hiring process moving without dropping the ball.
