As an Intern for the Product Management team at PayMongo, you will have the opportunity to learn and work with a core team of Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers and Agile Coaches as we build incredible products and features that serve thousands of businesses. You will have the opportunity to partner and collaborate across various internal and external teams, develop a deep understanding of our customers and technology.
You will:
Assist with discovery work to identify industry trends, customer needs and competitive analysis. Analyze data to provide insights that inform product decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing to define product requirements and specifications. Assist in the development and implementation of product roadmapsSupport in project planning and execution by creating timelines, tracking progress and coordinating tasks across different teamsAssist in identifying and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on business objectives and customer feedback.Support the creation and maintenance of product related documentation, ensure that documents are accurate, properly updated , compiled and accessible to relevant users of information
