What You'll Do

• Provide home care therapy under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
• Be the best part of someone’s day!

Compensation

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $45-55 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. 

What You'll Need

• Active PTA license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
