Job Title: Phlebotomists & HCAs with Phlebotomy Skills
Location: Dorchester
Hourly Rate: £17.92 – £28.00

Are you an experienced Phlebotomist or HCA with strong phlebotomy skills?
We’re looking for motivated clinicians who want flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the community.

 

Enhanced Pay Rates

We offer enhanced pay rates, with additional top‑up bonuses when specific clinical skills are used during appointments:
£17.92 – £28.00 per appointment (rate varies based on skills used)

Your clinical expertise will directly support individuals in their own homes, improving convenience, comfort, and access to essential care.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel up to ~60 miles
  • Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

To Be Successful in This Role You Should Have:

  • A Certificate in Phlebotomy
  • A minimum of one year of active experience drawing blood
  • Excellent patient care skills
  • Immediate Right to Work in the UK
