Job description

We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious, and data-oriented Marketing Motion Designer / Video Editor who is ready to learn, grow, and create work that delivers measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual instincts with curiosity about performance data - someone who wants to understand not only how to make great creative, but why certain ads perform better than others.

You’ll join our vibrant studio and collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to develop, test, analyze, and improve high-performing ad creatives across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities & Key Skills

  • Concept, design, edit, and animate static and video assets for performance-driven social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and additional digital platforms.
  • Translate marketing objectives and audience insights into clear, engaging creative concepts designed to drive measurable actions.
Break down and understand winning ad structures - including the hook, problem, solution, proof, offer, and CTA - into modular creative variations for structured A/B testing.
  • Review & understand creative performance data and use metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, CPM, CPC, VTR, thumb-stop rate, hold rate, and watch time to identify patterns and use it while creating ads.
  • Analyze performance at the individual creative level to understand which visual, messaging, and editing decisions contribute to stronger results.
  • Turn campaign data and feedback into actionable creative iterations rather than relying only on personal preference or design intuition.
  • Execute full post-production workflows, including editing, sound design, VFX, motion graphics, dynamic typography, color correction, and format adaptation across placements and aspect ratios.
  • Adapt winning creatives into new versions while maintaining clear naming, organization, and version control for accurate performance tracking.
  • Research competitor creatives, platform trends, audience behavior, and successful advertising formats to inform new concepts and testing opportunities.
  • Manage assigned projects from brief to delivery while communicating clearly with creative, marketing, and account teams.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, with working knowledge of Figma.
  • Actively use AI tools for image generation, video production, copy development, ideation, and workflow acceleration while maintaining strong creative quality.
  • Apply a strong understanding of composition, color, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling as tools for both communication and conversion.
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and creative variations without compromising quality.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or performance creative.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, editing, and social-first storytelling - a must.
  • Experience creating paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and watch time.
  • Ability to analyze creative performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations - a must.
  • Strong test-and-learn mindset and data-driven approach to creative decisions.
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and working knowledge of Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools - a must.
  • Relevant design degree - a significant advantage.
  • Strong visual sense, creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
  • High-level written and spoken English.
