The Role
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the execution, testing, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Performance teams to:
* Drive top-of-funnel growth by acquiring qualified leads and user signups for our self-service PLG platform
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance for our end users in the mortgage and real estate space using our platform
You will obsess over the performance of our automated programs and work to uncover opportunities to improve results through iterative testing, keyword tuning, audience refinement, and other levers. You’ll apply these learnings to improve both client outcomes and the standard programs within our platform.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role—ideal for someone who thrives in the weeds of ad platforms and knows how to translate performance data into clear, actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.) and Meta AdsContinuously test creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page alignmentMonitor performance, analyze key metrics, and report actionable insights to internal stakeholdersCollaborate with the Marketing team to improve user acquisition for our PLG platformPartner with the Performance and Product Teams to improve campaign outcomes for our end users (mortgage and real estate professionals)Investigate performance at the individual program level and apply those insights to improve standard Blueprints in our platformInterpret data and performance trends to recommend and implement campaign optimizationsStay ahead of housing market trends and consumer behavior within the mortgage/real estate industry
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, including deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta AdsDemonstrated success running campaigns for mortgage, real estate, or housing-related products or servicesStrong analytical skills; confident working with campaign data and performance dashboards (GA4 or similar)Clear communicator who can translate numbers into strategy, particularly in writingExperience working in fast-paced, iterative environmentsSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independentlyFamiliarity with lead gen optimization and conversion rate best practicesExperience with ad automation or AI-powered campaign toolsExposure to PLG or SaaS marketing environments
