Job description

Our Mission

Reflection is a research lab making intelligence open and accessible for everyone to use, customize, and build on. We build open models that let anyone control their intelligence and help shape the future of AI. Our mission: make intelligence open and accessible to all.

Role Overview

We're looking for a People Systems Senior Analyst to build and scale the technology that powers our People team. You'll lead the implementation of Workday as Reflection's global HRIS, then become its long-term owner. You'll partner closely with People, Finance, Recruiting, IT, and business leaders to design scalable processes, optimize workflows, and ensure our systems keep pace with the company's growth. This is a hands-on role that blends systems expertise, operational thinking, and analytical rigor. You'll continuously improve our People technology ecosystem while helping the organization make better decisions through high-quality data and reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation of Workday, partnering with internal stakeholders and implementation consultants through design, testing, go-live, and stabilization

  • Own the ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday as our global HRIS

  • Design and improve scalable People processes, workflows, approvals, and automations across the employee lifecycle

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize new Workday functionality and modules as our business grows

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields that provide actionable insights for People, Finance, and business leaders

  • Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, reporting, and integrations across our People technology ecosystem

  • Maintain system documentation, governance, security, and data integrity

  • Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes and continuously improve the employee and People team experience through technology

  • Help define and execute our long-term People systems roadmap as Reflection scales globally

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday

  • Deep hands-on experience administering Workday, including Core HCM

  • Experience leading or playing a key role in a Workday implementation

  • Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, security, and reporting

  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

  • The ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business

  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for building scalable systems

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, or Absence

  • Experience with People Analytics or workforce reporting

  • Experience integrating Workday with systems such as Ashby, Okta, payroll providers, or workforce planning tools

  • Workday Pro certifications

  • Experience in a high-growth technology company

What We Offer:

We believe that to make intelligence open and accessible to all, you need to start at the foundation. Joining Reflection means building from the ground up as part of a talent-dense team. You will help define our future as a company, and help define the future of open foundational models.

We want you to do the most impactful work of your career with the confidence that you and the people you care about most are supported.

  • Top-tier compensation: Salary and equity structured to recognize and retain our talent globally.

  • Stock options: Everyone who joins and contributes to Reflection's success gets to share in the upside through stock options.

  • Health & wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life, with an annual wellness allowance.

  • Meals: Lunch and dinner are provided in the office daily.

  • Life & family: 22 weeks paid parental leave for all new birthing and non-birthing parents, including adoptive and surrogate journeys.

  • Vacation days: Unlimited paid time off in the U.S. and 30 days in the U.K.

  • Sponsorship support: We sponsor visas to help exceptional talent join our team and support long-term immigration pathways where applicable.

  • Team building: We have regular off-sites, happy hours, and team celebrations.

Export Control Notice: This position may require access to technology or source code subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Any offer of employment for this role may be conditioned on the Company's ability to provide the candidate with access to such technology or source code in compliance with applicable U.S. export control laws, which may require the Company to seek government authorization.
